With the mission to accompanying Vietnam's e-commerce market, the conference has addressed challenges related to public perception and trust in online shopping, as well as difficulties in supporting information technology infrastructure, etc. This has greatly contributed to promoting the rapid and robust development of Vietnam's e-commerce market. This conference had the presence of representatives of the Ministry of Industry and Trade, along with speakers who are experts from local agencies, leading companies in e-commerce, finance, e-payment, distribution, and logistics.
Within the Conference’s framework, the seminar with the theme "Digital Ecosystem Solutions for Enhancing Consumer and Entities Rights in Vietnam E-commerce " has attracted significant attention and participation from businesses.
On the topic of consumer rights and the rights of businesses in e-commerce, Mr. Phan Trong Dat - Acting Director of Vietnam Mediation Centre (VMC), a division of Vietnam International Arbitration Centre (VIAC) - shared that businesses and state agencies have effectively implemented the 2023 Consumer Protection Law. As a result, businesses, suppliers, and service companies must "pamper" the customers by provided mechanisms to ensure the quality of goods and services purchased by customers, and to meet all their needs, even in a dispute. Mr. Dat also shared some advantages of the commercial mediation as a dispute resolution method. He observed that with the development of e-commerce services and technologies, disputes will be resolved primarily through negotiation, or through other method involving third-party, namely mediation, arbitration, orcourt litigation.

At the end of the conference, speakers, who are representatives from businesses, has offered some recommendations for businesses and sellers to promote the protection of not only the interests of customers but also the interests of businesses and suppliers in order to contribute to the development of a sustainable e-commerce market, thereby promoting the digital transformation and digital economic development in Vietnam.
