As part of Singapore Convention Week 2026 (SCW 2026), the Vietnam International Arbitration Centre (VIAC), YKVN Singapore and Society of Construction Law – Vietnam (SCLVN) will host the event “Let’s talk about Vietnam: Arbitration Reform, the VIFC and the Construction Law 2025” on 27 August 2026 in Singapore.
Vietnam's legal and commercial landscape is undergoing significant transformation. This Vietnam debut event during Singapore Convention Week brings together experienced Vietnam arbitrators, arbitration lawyers, construction law specialists and international experts to discuss recent critical developments: the evolving framework for court supervision of domestic arbitration in Vietnam; VIAC’s New Rules of Arbitration 2025; the establishment of the Vietnam International Financial Centre (VIFC) and its dedicated dispute resolution institutions; and key changes introduced by the new Construction Law 2025 and their practical implications for projects and dispute resolution.
